The Ruth Page School of Dance Annual Showcase
About this Event:
The Ruth Page School of Dance’s annual concert returns with a showcase of students in the Young Dancers Training Program, and featured performances by the Ruth Page Civic Ballet Training Company.
As is tradition, the program will feature the ballet fundamentals of all levels, showing the progression from beginner to advanced, this year in a classic Défilé du Ballet. Choreographic works in Modern, Jazz, Tap, and Hip-Hop will be included, as well as a few classical variations.
This year's performances will culminate in an excerpt of the ballet, Coppélia, performed by intermediate and advanced dancers of the Young Dancers Training Program in collaboration with the Ruth Page Civic Ballet Training Company.
The 2022 Spring Show will have three (3) in-person performances. Pre-dance IV students will only perform during the Saturday Matinee performance.
- Advance online ticket sales will close at:
- 12pm Friday for the 7pm show
- 12am Saturday for the 3pm show
- 12pm Saturday for the 7pm show
- *Remaining tickets can be purchased at the door for $25.
The City of Chicago no longer limits attendance capacity for arts and entertainment gatherings. There will be no seating restrictions.
Audiences are still required to wear masks while in the building and attending the performance.
